Robson & Liddle have another new recruit to their growing team. Richard Addison is the latest to join, a local farmer and Auctioneer’s son from Kings Meaburn, Penrith.
Richard graduated from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management and has worked in the industry for the past couple of years gaining experience in the North East of England. He will now go on to sit professional exams to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.
Speaking of his appointment, Richard said: “I am excited to get started in my new role at Robson & Liddle, I’m looking forward to working with the team here and helping the agricultural community in these exciting and challenging times. I have lived in Eden Valley the majority of my life and being brought up on a farm and involved within the farming community, I have gained valuable understanding in all agriculture and rural matters.”
John Robson, a director of Robson & Liddle, said: “The vast majority of our clients are farmers and farming families, and without doubt the direction of travel from Government is to agriculture and the more scheme-based opportunities that are going to present themselves in the very varied and changing times ahead. We therefore felt it was prudent to add further to our team and Richard fits that bill. It’s great to have him with us as he understands the kind of issues the farming fraternity face. He will be an excellent addition to our growing team.”
Based at Edenhall, Robson & Liddle specialise in estate management, property sales and lettings, landlord and tenant issues, rural planning, conservation, environmental schemes, and woodland to name just a few, with a strong base in dispute resolution.
